Where do you ship too?
We currently ship to the UK and USA.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to Europe due to shipping and customs complications.

What are your shipping options?

UK Shipping
All orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday-Friday (Excluding Public Holidays) will be shipped same day by either standard tracked Royal Mail (charged at £3.95 or free if you spend over £30) which is 3-5 working days, or Express DPD delivery charged at £6.00.  which is 1-2 working days.

USA Shipping
All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be shipped same day by either standard tracked USPS, which is 4-7 working days - $5.00 (free over $40) or USA priority Delivery (Fed Ex)  $15.00 which is 1-3 working days.

*Please note on some occasion’s orders may be fulfilled from our UK warehouse if the order includes at least one UK stocked product. Please check the product page or in this instance customer service will be in touch. 

*FOR UK TO US ORDERS: Couriers are currently experiencing delays of up to 50-60 days from your order date because of the current coronavirus situation. Please email support@mybeautybrand if you have questions regarding this.

** Please be aware that you may be liable for taxes, levies, imports, duties, fees or charges of a similar nature associated with your order.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to take any orders over the phone. 

Do you offer gift-wrapping?
At this time, we do not offer gift-wrapping.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and Amex, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

I had technical issues and do not know whether my order went through and payment was taken.
When an order is completed you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided. If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder first before contacting support@mybeautybrand.com with as much detail as possible, such as full name, shipping address and the contents of your order, so the team can help you as best as possible. Alternatively, please contact your bank.

Where will my order be shipped from?
All orders will be shipped from the UK or the US.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a personalised tracking link, where you will be able to follow all the stages of your order from boxing and labelling to shipping. If you cannot find your tracking link please check your spam folder and then contact support@mybeautybrand.com. We will get back to you within 12 hours.

What happens if my shipment is undelivered?
If you have experienced any problems with your shipment, please email support@mybeautybrand.com and we will work to resolve this for you. We will get back to you within 12 hours.

Do I have to be in to receive my parcel?
If you are not in, Royal Mail or DPD will leave a calling card to arrange for a collection or redelivery.

Can I have my order shipped to an address that’s not the same as my payment details?
Yes, of course! When ordering, you can enter a different shipping address. If you have any problems during checkout please contact support@mybeautybrand.com and we will get back to you within 12 hours.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO boxes at this time.

Am I able to cancel, change or edit my order and the shipping address?
You have up until the point of labelling to make any changes. You can see the stages of your order on your tracking link displayed on your confirmation email. If you have any questions on making any changes to your order, please email support@mybeautybrand.com and we will get back to you within 12 hours.
